fixes #9377

Summary

  • add typed answer/option interfaces and use typed form control for exam responses
  • update retake handling, other option tracking, and validation to align with typed data
  • keep submission flow and navigation working with stricter typing

Testing

  • npm run lint -- src/app/exams/exams-view.component.ts (fails: ng not found)
